CHAKRA WORKSHOP- APRIL 20th- 6pm-7:30pm
Introduction into the Chakra system. During this workshop you will learn tips for how to keep each Chakra aligned and in balance. You will start with a Chakra yoga flow then move into a Chakra balancing meditation. Led by Lauren Smith
TEEN YOGA FOR ANXIETY WORKSHOP- The month of May can be a hectic time of year for our Teens. Between mid-terms, sports, social and getting excited for Summer it's a lot of them to take in. Join Om House Yoga for a 4-Week Session of developing tools such as breathe, movement meditation and flexibility to combat stress and Anxiety!

SUMMER CONDITIONING AND YOGA CLASS
Have a Teen that is looking to increase his/her agility, strength, breath capacity, and flexibility while remaining calm and focused this summer? Join Om House Yoga every Tuesday at 5:30-6:30 for 30 minutes of Cross Training + 30 Minutes of Yoga with Justine. Space is limited and must sign up in advance to hold a spot.
